The educational arm of the British Association of Dermatologists. The role of the BCD is to ensure that there are accredited, quality-assured training frameworks for the dermatology workforce and courses and educational content mapped to these frameworks.
British Association of Dermatologists Patient Hub
Our Patient Hub provides helpful, impartial information and advice on living with a skin condition. As well as information on skin diseases and treatments, we have tips on navigating the NHS, finding a dermatologist, how to get involved with research, advocating for local services, and much more.
The BAD Mentoring Platform
The BAD mentoring platform is a free service for BAD members and provides a platform where trainees, SAS doctors and consultants can become either mentors or mentees (or undertake both roles) across a variety of different categories ranging from career development and chairing meetings through to wellbeing and preparing for retirement.
