Advertising Guidance

The BAD has produced a guideline for advertising in private practice, utilising guidance from the Advertising Standards Agency (ASA), the General Medical Council (GMC) and the Medicines nad Healthcare Regulatory Agency (MHRA). The advice can be found here:

BAD responses to health insurer queries
