DermSchool is a FREE one day meeting aimed at medical students & Foundation Year doctors  interested in a career in Dermatology. CMT/IMT doctors are also welcome to attend.

The day will feature a mixture of lectures from experts in the dermatological field, the opportunity to gain some hands on experience within the Practical Session, as well as all important careers advice.
 

Registration (includng Registration Deposit)

From 10:00 am on Monday 24th February 2020, interested delegates will be able to book their places for DermSchool, via the online registration system.

You will then be required to send in a cheque/postal order for £40.00 made payable to "The British Association of Dermatologists". This then acts as your "deposit" for your place at the meeting.

Whichever option you use, please note that your deposit payment must be in GBP Sterling and drawn on a UK bank.

Bursary Applications

A limited number of travel bursaries are available for UK based medical students & FY doctor applicants to assist with the costs to attend the meeting. You will be apply to apply for a bursary via the online registration form (from 24th Februray 2020).

Trainees more senior than FY2 will not be eligible for a bursary. Bursaries are to put towards travel and accommodation costs and will only be available to those travelling more than 20 miles from the conference venue (Manchester Central).

If you intend to apply for a bursary to attend the meeting, then please ensure you provide the name and contact details for your Placement Director/Educational Supervisor/Dean who can verify your education level and eligibility for a bursary.

 

Abstract Submissions

Fully registered delegates
also have the opportunity to submit an abstract for consideration for Poster Presentation at the meeting.

Abstract word limit: 250 words

Prizes will be awarded to the best medical student & junior doctor posters presented on the day.
Further submission details will be provided to fully registered delegates only.

Abstract Submission Deadline: by midnight on Monday 20th April 2020.
