In addition to our elected positions, there other roles, such as those on BAD sub-committees which are not elected, but instead are applied for and selected on various criteria. Roles of sub-committees are often open only to members of the BAD, however, on occasion we will look to invite applications from non-members and patients.

We are committed to being an inclusive and diverse organisation, and both welcome and encourage applications from all sections of the community. Applications to sub-committee and working party group vacancies are judged using a weighted scoring system, details of which can be found here.
