GENERAL INFORMATION

|
The meeting will be held at the Manchester Central, Manchester. Further information about the venue can be found at www.manchestercentral.co.uk. The exhibition will be located in the central hall 2 along with the catering, patient support groups and the poster exhibition.
|
|
The exhibition has been carefully designed to ensure maximum usage of the space given and we hope to be able to offer a wide variety of stands to accommodate the range of exhibitors that the meeting attracts.

SPACE ONLY

Exhibition space will be charged at £490 per m² + VAT and includes:
· 1 exhibitor badge per 2m² of exhibition space purchased
· Trestle table and two chairs (if required)

SHELL SCHEME
|
|
We will be offering a shell scheme option, this will just be the shell scheme with a name fascia panel and carpeted floor, it will NOT include lighting and electrics. Shell Scheme space applications will be charged at a cost of £525 per m² + VAT and will be installed within the space purchased via the Contractor appointed by the
Conference & Event Services from the BAD.

PAYMENT
|
|
Your space choice will be provisionally reserved and an invoice for the non-refundable deposit will be issued. The balance of the total cost will be invoiced on February 1st 2010. Please note that by booking an exhibition stand you agree to abide to the terms and conditions as established by the BAD.

After booking a stand space you will be contacted with a selection of sponsorship opportunities. There will also be the possibility of holding satellite symposia at the meeting.
